產(chǎn)品介紹
性能：易溶于水，乙醇等。低溫時(shí)成膠狀，受熱后復(fù)原。化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、無毒。
用途：隔離劑是為適應(yīng)汽車用異型膠管的制造而研制的新產(chǎn)品。異型膠管制造過程中需要將管坯套在彎曲的模具上硫化，硫化過程中本品化學(xué)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，對硫化速度無影響，硫化后脫模容易，產(chǎn)品上殘留的脫模劑可用水洗凈，不需要清洗劑。對產(chǎn)品的性能外觀無不良影響。本品在EPDM/NBR/CR/FKM/ECO/CSM等膠種隔離效果良好。

注意事項(xiàng)：高溫硫化是將本品直接涂刷模具表面（不需加水）

Application: the isolating agent is a new product developed to adapt to the manufacture of special-shaped rubber hose for automobile. During the manufacturing process of special-shaped rubber hose, the tube blank needs to be sleeved on the curved mold for vulcanization. During the vulcanization process, the chemical properties of the product are stable, which has no impact on the vulcanization speed. It is easy to demould after vulcanization. The residual release agent on the product can be cleaned with water without cleaning agent. It has no adverse effect on the performance and appearance of the product. This product has good isolation effect in EPDM / NBR / CR / FKM / ECO/ CSM and other adhesives.
